A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours notice may incur the full session fee. Where the appointment time is successfully filled by another client, the cancellation fee will not be charged.

Failure to attend an appointment without notice will result in a non attendance fee at the full session rate.

Medicare and private health rebates do not apply to cancellation or non attendance fees.

Repeated cancellations or non attendance may result in limitations on future bookings.
